HireCole SMS/Messaging Terms

Your property manager, using the HireCole platform, sends account-related text messages to residents about their rental account — rent reminders, balance and payment notifications, and payment-plan communications. These are informational messages about your existing account, not marketing.

How you opt in: you consent to these messages by providing your mobile number to your property manager when signing or renewing your lease or during resident onboarding.

Opt out any time: reply STOP to any message to stop all further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact your property manager directly.

Frequency & cost: message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Privacy: your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information, and message content and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
